Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@hudsonandpark.com and include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or on the invoice included with your shipment.
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is the result of a mistake on our side, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item. In all cases, returned products must be sent to our warehouse in Asia, located at Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
Please be aware that any delays caused by customs procedures are outside of our control and cannot be used as a reason for a return. For orders placed as part of a bundle, all included items must be returned together; separate returns of individual bundle items are not accepted.
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, contains a defect, or arrives in an incorrect color or variation, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
For orders purchased as part of a bundle, all items included in the bundle must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and liners still attached. Returns showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original product first. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 2–4 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within this timeframe.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@hudsonandpark.com.
