RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, giving you time to decide whether you would like to keep or return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed. If an order is refused upon delivery, not collected from the carrier, or an incorrect address is provided, shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@hudsonandpark.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

You are responsible for return shipping. All returns must be sent with tracking (Track & Trace). Returns without valid tracking information cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We require clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it quickly.

If your item is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please note that items are not covered by a warranty, and we are responsible for the product only until delivery is completed.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time free exchange per order. If you receive a replacement item, no further return or refund requests can be made, except in cases of damage or quality issues (subject to approval).

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your exchange request has been approved.

Refunds

To receive a refund, the product must first be returned to us using a tracked shipping service. Refunds will only be issued after the package has arrived and the contents have been inspected.

If no valid tracking number is provided, the refund cannot be processed.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Address

All returns must be sent with tracking to the return address provided via email after your return request is approved. Refunds will only be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@hudsonandpark.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of being placed without affecting processing.

After this time, cancellation depends on the current status of your order and may no longer be possible once processing has begun.
