Shipping Process
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your order is being processed. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 4–12 business days (Monday–Friday).
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Poland.
Delays
If the maximum processing and delivery time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please don’t worry. Allow up to 2 additional business days (Monday–Friday) and be sure to check your tracking information.
We kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 business days (Monday–Friday) before contacting us. If your order still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us at hello@hudsonandpark.com, and we will investigate promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@hudsonandpark.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email hello@hudsonandpark.com with clear photos showing the issue. We will review the matter promptly and ensure that you receive the correct and undamaged product.
